I found this new trailer online and had to share it with you guys. I've always loved Lindsay Lohan, and this looks like a really funny comedy.

Anyways, "Twilight" is almost done - what a silly book! Yet, it is interesting, and if you really don;t have any better books to read, pick it up. :)

I am embarassed to admit I am reading "Twilight".

I haven't been interested in this book (or the series) ever since it first appeared, but I picked it up for some reason, and read like 80 pages in one sitting. It is incredibly juvenile, and as my friend would say, there is better-written fanfiction, but I find the central romance very sexy. I am pretty sure I'm reading it because I can't think of anything else (until I get a copy of "The Fire", that is), so it serves its purpose.

Do you have Shelfari? If you do, add me!

Yet another test tomorrow...

...and here I am again, studying at night.

Will I ever learn?

Anyways, the last test went pretty well, considering the amount of distractions I wasn't able to resist - 17/20 points! Nikola rocks British History!!

Let's see if I rock grammar too.

Studying...

...makes me feel depressed.

Tomorrow is this HUGE test in British History, and the Hundred Years' War with France has too many fucking dates. I can't handle this, not in one sitting.

The problem is, I only have one sitting, aka tonight, to learn this.

Maybe I should have started a couple of days ago, but I bet I would forget the dates anyway. And I really, really wanna do good on this test and show everybody what I'm all about. It's SUCH a drag, though.

Anyways, I envy you people who are now reading my blog out of boredom. Go and do something fun for me.

Sarah Palin's Debate Flow Chart

I just thought this was hilarious.
(Click on the picture to see it in its full size ;)

I need a gin tonic.

Lately, my mood has been going up and down, like a yo-yo. I wake up energized (relatively), and feeling good, and by the end of the day, I tend to get moody and blue. I actually cried over nothing two nights ago - well, it definitely was something, but I don't usually get that upset about stuff. Yesterday evening was critical. I was chatting with a friend, when suddenly, a personna non-grata says hi. Wow. It's one of those people who are impossible. You know, not stupid or trivial, but just impossible to deal with. We parted ways a long time ago, but he likes to mess with my mind from time to time.
Anyways, it was horrible. I was pretty cold and reserved, since he managed to stab me in the back on more than one occasion, but afterwards, I realized I was pissed - not necessarily because of him, but because of me, allowing him to piss me off.
Anyways. I need to sort out my moods, pronto!
So today, I watched the pilot episode of "Brothers & Sisters", and loved it! It wasn't like, really exciting, or heart-stopping, but it was a nice, human, calming episode, which I hope the show will continue being.
Thanks for reading!

It's one of my lazy phases. I'm so lazy it hurts. Like, if I need to leave for college, I will inevitably be late - not because I was doing something important, but because of pointless browsing or facebooking.

It's pretty ridiculous to be honest. The biggest problem when it comes to this, is that my ego doesn't stop working, and I'm mad and disappointed if I'm not the best at what at I do, which is of course, impossible. What a vicious circle.

P.S. - Have you seen this? I can't stop watching it over and over again!

Estrogen

I'm again getting my daily doses of estrogen, watching the fifth season of "Desperate Housewives".

God, I love that show. It is, in my humble opinion, one of the few shows that hasn't lost it's touch over the years. Sure, some far-fetched stuff has happened, but still, it has always had that sense of reality to it. Kudos to the writers and the women of Wisteria Lane!

Oh, and did you know Gale Harold stars in the fifth season? I'm super excited!

Here's another summary of movies I've recently seen, which is very typical of me. First, I've seen the anticipated movie "The Women", starring Meg Ryan, Annette Benning, Jada Pinkett Smith (if that's how you spell her name), Debra Messing and Eva Mendes. What a disappointment! It's like "Sex and the City: The Movie" gone terribly wrong (as I'm sure its sequel will), and it's just plain boring and annoying.

And there's the new James Bond movie, "Quantum of Solace." I generally like James Bond movies, especially the breath-taking "Casino Royale." If you haven't seen it, rent it, you'll love it. I was so glad after watching "Casino", thinking, "finally, they got it right", just to be let down by "Quantum." Apart from the splendid special effects, the story is ridiculous and dull, and the Bond girls are completely forgettable.

Anyways, I'm so NOT looking forward to next week and all the tests that await me at college, but c'est la vie. At least I have some "Housewives" to help me make it through.

Movies update!

So, I was thinking I would update you with some movies I've seen recently (apart from "The Dark Knight", which I've already commented on). There are only three of them, which proves how little time I have on my hands (if I could I would watch a movie every day). And by the way, if you have a Flixter account, add me. If you don't, you should make one. ANYWAY.

Love and Other Disasters

"Love and Other Disasters" is one of those ridiculous movies you can't help but love. Brittany Murphy is very funny and adorable, as is everybody else involved. It's like "Sex and the City" meets any Meg Ryan movie, and it works. Oh, and it has a perfect ending, with two great cameos!

Boy A

Now, this one is really good. It's a heart-breaking, and at times, unsettling story that will probably leave you breathless. Andrew Garfield gave an amazing, Oscar-worthy performance!

American Psycho

I am not sure how I feel about this movie. I enjoyed it, that's a fact, but it left me expecting more. However, Christian Bale was really, really good (unlike the surprisingly bad Reese Witherspoon), and the movie itself looked really good.

Any thoughts?

Nerd.

Oh wow, is this weird or what? I am at my college right now, sitting in the library, after being late for a lecture which started, like, an hour ago. Anyway, being too embarrassed to walk inside after the professor started teaching (it's allowed, but I just don't like it), I decided to browse some blogs and just enjoy myself. So basically, I got up at 6:30 just to go to the library and use their slow computers. That makes sense.
Yesterday was fun - my friend and I went for drinks (no cocktails though - she had some wine and I had some beer), and then we went back to my place for some "Will & Grace". By the way, her boyfriend thought that I was similar to Jack2000. I beg to differ.

I <3 Sundays, too.

I just love Sundays (and no, I promise you won't have to read about what I like about every single day). But today was fun. Really lazy. First I had a tennis practice, which was great (I worked up quite a sweat) and then it was You-Tubing, listening to music and same faux-studying.
What's weird is I haven't watched a single episode of any show today. It's REALLY weird for me. I mean, it's not like I have no choices - I have "Ally McBeal", "Gilmore Girls", "QaF" and "Will & Grace" episodes waiting for me to watch them, but I just wasn't in the mood. TV shows overload, I guess.
I am so excited to go out tonight and see my BFF after a REALLY long time. Since college started, we can't manage to see each other regularly (which is, like, twice a day). She is one of the three people who know EVERYTHING about me, and someone I need in order to maintain my sanity. So yeah, tonights gonna be fun. I'm in the mood for cocktails myself. :D
